Wind through rolling hills on battle Lake

Nestled in a lush valley along the picturesque Highway 13 corridor, Battle Lake is a hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts and paddlers alike. This beautiful, long, narrow lake winds through rolling hills and offers a stunning natural backdrop that makes every paddle a memorable experience.

Battle Lake’s calm waters and sheltered shores are perfect for kayaks, and paddleboards, with plenty of opportunities to explore its quiet shores. The lake’s rich ecosystem teems with birdlife, making it a fantastic spot for nature lovers and birdwatchers alike. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful morning paddle, a day trip with family, or a serene place to connect with nature, Battle Lake is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves the water.

Help me to choose my equipment:

What do you want to do?
Cruise and explore: A sit inside kayak is the most comfortable cruising vessel. Stay dry (ish) and enjoy the view and workout.
Swim and sun: A standup paddleboard is the easiest equipment to get back onto if you want to go swimming. Be cautious on a windy day that the paddleboard doesn’t drift away. A paddle leash is included and should always be attached. Our paddleboards have a storage space in the front.

Easy paddling: The sit-on-top kayaks are stable and fun, great for beginners.
